Returns & Order Errors

Every garment from Jeffrey Bartlett Clothiers is custom-made based on your selections and the measurements used for your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer errors, including incorrect selections, inaccurate customer-provided measurements, or a change of mind after an order is placed.

If Jeffrey Bartlett Clothiers makes an error in processing or fulfilling your order, or your garment arrives defective, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an alteration, replacement, or an authorized return for a refund. We cover shipping costs for returns resulting from our error or a defective garment.

Please report any issue within 14 days of delivery by calling 513-793-7820. Contact us before sending a garment back; all returns require prior authorization.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
